The vineyard

Dry-farmed Monastrell, limestone soils, 700 to 900 metres. The plateau is best understood at the vine.

Vats, ageing and the judgement of three generations. From must to cork, without shop-window haste.

The full range in the glass. From young Éxodo to Mr Jenares 12 months, and the Chardonnay that tells the other Jumilla.

In the glass

Not a fixed menu. It is the cellar of the visit: red, white and, when there is one, rosé. Then, if you wish, take the case home.

The tasting is free with €25 of wine per person.
