If you want the right Jumilla wine, Delampa has a cellar made since 1922. Each bottle holds the plateau: ripe fruit, stony soils and dry-farmed Monastrell.
Reds, whites and rosés with Jumilla designation of origin, at house prices. Mr Jenares, Éxodo and Delampa Varietals. On the Spanish mainland, Wednesday 2 or Thursday 3 September.
