A low vine, without a trellis, open as a cup. Typical of Mediterranean dry farming.

The bush vine is an old way of training the vine: short arms, its own shade, little water. It is harvested by hand.

It dominates the Jumilla landscape. It gives fewer kilos and, often, more character.
