The story
From vine to glass
Monastrell from dry-farmed vines, planted on poor, stony soils. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at 25 °C, with a touch of wood to lend structure and elegance. A wine of Mediterranean character: rounded, balanced, with a persistence that leaves its mark.
