The Quality Contest of the DOP Jumilla is not just any competition. It is the official contest of the Consejo Regulador, the most demanding examination to which a house of our land may present itself. In this 32nd edition, held in the Salones Pío XII of Santa Ana del Monte before nearly 270 professionals of the sector, a jury formed of sommeliers, winemakers, trainers and communicators tasted blind the wines presented by the houses of the Designation.
The bar could not have been higher: only wines that surpassed 90 points contended for a prize, and of all of them only 12 received the gold medal. That Delampa Autor 2023 is one of those twelve chosen is the finest proof of the quality we place in every bottle.

For those who do not know it, the Quality Contest is the annual competition organised by the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Jumilla for more than three decades. Its aim is to recognise publicly the wines that best express the potential of the Designation, which covers municipalities of Murcia and Albacete and has in the Monastrell grape its great mark of identity.
