Wine Cortijo de Los Aguilares:

The house Cortijo de los Aguilares stands in the area of Ronda, in Málaga. It produces a very fine Pinot Noir, with an aroma of cinnamon and violet flowers.

It possesses these characteristics, since the ageing has a duration of approximately eight months in oak barrels and concrete egg. And it offers an alcoholic degree of 13% and it is recommended to consume it around 16 degrees Celsius and enjoy its delicious flavour.

Wine La Loba:

Wine coming from the (Bodega de la Loba Matanza de Soria), the achievement of Soria is thanks to its vineyards that lie around 960 metres of altitude, where soils with silica are found, although the production is barely 1 kg of grape per plant. The red wine offers the characteristic of a very pleasant fruity aroma and flavour, excellent to consume with the family at a delicious dinner.

It is recommended to consume it at temperatures between 10 and 17 degrees Celsius.

Wine Cenit Pago Las Salinas:

This fine wine is made at (Bodegas Viñas del Cenit). The vineyards offer grapes that are marked by their somewhat thick skin, in combination with black and red fruit, which allows complex flavours and aromas to be obtained. Its alcoholic content of 15%, and this causes it to be much used to pair with rice, semi-cured cheese and red meats.

Wine Valderiz:

Coming from (Bodegas Valderiz), which uses biodynamic and ecological processes, with an ageing of approximately 20 months in French oak barrels, which offers a wine of excellent quality, with a cherry tone, bright, with an aroma of ripe black and red fruit.

Its flavour is of a fruity type, which distinguishes it among the finest red wines of Spain.

Wine Vatán:

A wine coming from (Bodegas Ordóñez) of the area of Toro. They are created with grapes of (Tempranillo), with ageing of approximately 20 months, in French oak barrels.

It has an alcoholic content of 15.5%, with which it offers a strong flavour that combines an acid touch with a sweet taste.

Wine El Sequé:

A wine produced by (Bodegas y Viñedos el Sequé) that stand on lands at 650 metres of altitude in the area of Pinoso, Alicante, where the grapes (Monastrell) are sown.

This type of wine of Mediterranean style is made in vats with wood and an ageing of 1 year is carried out in French oak barrels, so as to achieve its characteristic colour which is bright purple, with an aroma of black fruit and a gentle floral scent.
